Our beautiful tulle skirts are filled with a bouquet of lovely fabric flower petals that will make your little fairy want to frolic all day long! This is our original tutu style, unlined, with satin ribbon accent at enclosed elastic waist. We use yards and yards of tulle for fullness in each skirt.
