March is National Craft Month and that means its time for Craftapalooza! Five days of fun crafting for everyone! This years line up includes DIY Gliders, Sew Mini Treats, recycled wind chimes, needle felted eggs, and casted painted pots for spring!

Crafternoon!: DIY Firefox Gliders

Monday, March 25, 2019 at 2 PM – 3 PM CDT

Inspire creativity in young artists while exploring flight! Build your own Firefox glider at this DIY event then paint it to make the plane uniquely yours. (You can even repaint it later if you want to change it up the design.) Venture outside to Scoville Park with your finished model plane to watch them fly! (Ages 6+, $10)

Craftapalooza!: Klutz Sew Mini Treats

Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2 PM – 4 PM CDT

Come sew up some yummy treats with this recipe for fun! Stitch and stuff your favorite felt foods with fabulous faces! Learn sewing & embroidery tecniques and add your own artistic touch to make it one-of-a-kind. You’ll leave a little sweeter with a mini plush Easter dessert! Keep just for you, or give to a friend! (Ages 8+, $10)

Craftapalooza!: Tin Can Wind Chime

Craftapalooza!: Woolen Eggs (Beginner)
